If you had the chance to change your life, what would you do?

We all feel stuck in life sometimes, but we cannot let our inner voice tell us how unsatisfied we are with ourselves. Instead we have to insist that there is something else out there for us. 

Here is how you can change you life, step by step:

1. Clear all distractions. Turn off the phone, the TV, the computer.
2. Lock your door, and go to a quiet place.
3. Sit down comfortably at a desk or table, with a blank piece of paper and a pen in front of you.
4. Take you time.
5. Write down 100 things you want to do. For example: careers you want to have or people you would like to meet. The sky is the limit!!!
6. Don't be realistic - Dream big. Write down the craziest things you can think of. Write it all down.
7. Don't think about whether or not to write down an idea — just write. Write everything that comes to mind, even if it doesn't make sense.

You will feel something different after a while. You stop caring about what the ideas are, and you start to release an inner creativity that may have been locked away for a while.
This can help you make positive changes in your life. Just take the time to reflect in everything that happened and how you can make the time (at present) worth it.

Never forget:  Don’t expect to see positive changes in your life if you surround yourself with negative attitudes.

Great beauty advice can be hard to come by, so I decided to share the best beauty tips to make you even more gorgeous (in my opinion)!

• Less is more - Ever notice how some of your friends look best with no makeup at all? No matter your age, too much makeup makes you look worse. If you wear foundation, powder, blush, eye liner, mascara, eyeshadow, lip liner and gloss on an everyday basis, then you're overdoing it. Tone it down: All you really need is a great mascara, concealer for blemishes and gloss. Add a pop of blush in winter.
• Natural hair is always hot - Whether you have super dark or light blonde hair, curly, wavy or straight, always keep it down to help framing the face. You can also try highlights to give you a nice sun-kissed look. We see too many teens lightening their hair several shades and the look can be super-tacky, not super-fabulous. The trick is to let people assume your hair is au naturale, not that you gave yourself a bad dye job from a bottle.
• Buying foundation or lipstick? Test it first - There are some beauty products you simply must try out at a department store before you buy. These include: Foundation, lipstick, blush and powder. Always make sure you buy the right shades and that the products are suitable for your skin.
• Pat concealer in, NEVER RUB IT IN! -  When applying concealer, put a bit on the pad of your middle finger and pat it in. Never rub it in. By using this technique, the concealer will stay on longer and give you perfect coverage.
• Take care of your nails  - Not into manicures and pedicures? No worries. Just make sure to keep nails clean and the same length. If you do want to paint them, don't keep the polish on until half of it's chipped away. Also, there's nothing worse than too-long toenails. Keep nails clipped between pedicures. (People tend to judge others by the care they put into their hands and feet.)

Remember: Beauty is mostly internal. Being confident is very important. People will notice you wherever you are. Now, you may not be wearing makeup and your toes might not even been repainted in weeks, but if you're happy and smiling you will still be 10 times prettier than the most popular girls on campus. (Trust me).

How to deal with guys **HOT TOPIC**

Nowadays it gets more and more difficult to understand men. We would think that as we grow up this would become easier, but guess what, IT IS NOT!!!

From the moment we meet a guy, our emotions go wild. Most of the times this is generated by physical attraction and there is always this feeling you get (called butterflies). Now my point is  - what happens if you start hanging out with this person, you start getting interested in him and you want more than just casual dating, or 'fun' and you get... NOTHING!? He tells you that he still wants to hang out with you, blah, blah, blah BUT NOTHING SERIOUS? How do you deal with it?
Now, from my previous experiences, I could say that guys are just aliens trapped in human bodies that think we are plain dolls who they can use and play with anytime they want. NOOO!! No matter how we try, what we do or even what we say, they will not change their mind. The difficult part is when he tells you (that you are just for "fun") might be a little too late and you could already be in (love) too deep.

There are two options to this case:
1. You can still hang out with him and pretend like you don't have any feelings for him (even though you know that if you do that, it will be worse in the end);
2. MOVE ON. Say - "Thank you very much, I had a good time and sorry you couldn't handle me" Don't show any signs of hurt or sadness. Play hard to get and pretend like you don't care (Yes, It is hard, but it works).

Guys feel like they have the power over us and they can make us believe or fall for anything they say, but if we stop and think, that is not true. We are better than that!!

No matter how in love you might be with a guy, if he wants "nothing serious" don't go any further with him - He is bad news.

Memories... what does this word mean? Sometimes a good (or even bad) thing that happened in our past.
Childhood memories, love memories, friends and family memories - all of this is part of our lives. If we couldn't recall all the who's, what's, where's, we would never be able to manage.

I think to myself that sometimes, I wish I could go back to certain moments of my past, but what for? It is hard to look back but also it makes us stronger, right?

Memories are episodes that help us hold onto the things we love, the things we are and the things we never want to lose. i am a strong believer that memories are a BIG part of your life and never, ever stop creating them.

It's Winter!!! (Good thing for some, not so good for others). At this time of the year, all we want after a long day at work, is to relax in front of the fireplace with a warm drink in hand (while watching your favourite tv show, of course). Trapped - Our actions, Our choices

It is crazy to think that sometimes we feel trapped within our actions, but sometimes you cannot help but feel hopeless.
-Ever thought that the way you feel now is because of  something you did in the past?
Well, I can say that this, is exactly how I feel now!! While I was talking to someone today, something snapped in my head and everything just made sense... I made the wrong choice!!! I believed, I heard, I fell for it...I choose to do wrong. The question is why, my answer is - don't question yourself. Just make the right choices from now on, and do not look back (yes, I know how hard it is). Get up, go out, enjoy your day with friends/family and have fun. Be yourself and never forget... Your actions are based on your choices.

Do you ever wonder why things happen? Why didn't my relationship work? Why am I being punished for something I didn't do? Why is life hard? Think again!!

First of all, life is not hard. Be grateful. Secondly, everything happens for a reason. there is always a reason why something is not right or why something is so right!

All we have to do is be happy for the little things that we have and embrace life with full open arms.
