Changes...

If you had the chance to change your life, what would you do?

We all feel stuck in life sometimes, but we cannot let our inner voice tell us how unsatisfied we are with ourselves. Instead we have to insist that there is something else out there for us. 

Here is how you can change you life, step by step:
  1. Clear all distractions. Turn off the phone, the TV, the computer.
  2. Lock your door, and go to a quiet place.
  3. Sit down comfortably at a desk or table, with a blank piece of paper and a pen in front of you.
  4. Take you time.
  5. Write down 100 things you want to do. For example: careers you want to have or people you would like to meet. The sky is the limit!!!
  6. Don't be realistic - Dream big. Write down the craziest things you can think of. Write it all down.
  7. Don't think about whether or not to write down an idea — just write. Write everything that comes to mind, even if it doesn't make sense.
You will feel something different after a while. You stop caring about what the ideas are, and you start to release an inner creativity that may have been locked away for a while.
This can help you make positive changes in your life. Just take the time to reflect in everything that happened and how you can make the time (at present) worth it.

Never forget:  Don’t expect to see positive changes in your life if you surround yourself with negative attitudes.
