We all lack on motivation and we can get a little too tired (fed up to be more precise) of the same exercise everyday, so I've decided to share some tips on How to get your butt out of bed.
- Make a to-do list;
- Buy some new workout clothes & shoes;
- Set the alarm to remind you it's time to get sweaty;
- Listen to your favourite pump it up tracks (you will be out of bed instantly);
- Get a friend to join you.
If you stick to this plan and use it on a daily basis, I guarantee you won't be lacking on motivation and your energy levels will be going though the roof!
Remember: It's all about being healthy.
