Get fit in 2013!!!

Happy 2013!!!

After the holidays and all that turkey and beverages, we find ourselves out of shape and with no motivation at all.

But behind all that, there is hope: New Year, New You!!

Get back on track with a plan that works for you. From 10 minutes workout plans to gym memberships - do what works for you and your lifestyle.

We all lack on motivation and we can get a little too tired (fed up to be more precise) of the same exercise everyday, so I've decided to share some tips on How to get your butt out of bed.
  • Make a to-do list;
  • Buy some new workout clothes & shoes;
  • Set the alarm to remind you it's time to get sweaty;
  • Listen to your favourite pump it up tracks (you will be out of bed instantly);
  • Get a friend to join you.

If you stick to this plan and use it on a daily basis, I guarantee you won't be lacking on motivation and your energy levels will be going though the roof!

Remember: It's all about being healthy.
